Who Are We?

We are a paramedic and a chef who share a life and have united our professions at the dining table. With one of us having spent years dedicated to saving lives as a paramedic, and the other regarding cooking as a passion rather than just a job, our shared purpose has always been to help people feel better. While one touched lives in critical moments, the other touched hearts with carefully crafted dishes.

When we opened this restaurant, our goal was never just to serve food. We wanted to bring together clean, trustworthy, handmade flavors that we truly believe in, served in a warm and sincere atmosphere. We apply the same attention to detail in everything from our ingredients to kitchen hygiene, and from portion sizes to presentation.
